dependability according to dictionary.com is:
capable of being depended on; worthy of trust; reliable; a dependable employee.
dependability is something you need to be when having a job for example; when having a job your manager has to be able to depend on you to do your job, show up on time. For me, my manager depends on his employees a lot to do the job when he isn't there sometimes your their alone and you have to do all the work on your own and really work hard. At night when its you and one other person you have to make sure everything is clean, sanitized, put away and ready for the night day. Being dependable is very important especially when your getting or having a job.

My name is Raquel Leyvas, I am 19 years old but I like to say "years young". I have amazing parents that I love very much, their names are Joe and Marcella Leyvas. I have one Brother who is the oldest and his name is Joseph Leyvas, then I have two Sisters named Marlayna and Stephanie Leyvas and then it's me the youngest one. I am proud to be an Aunt to a beautiful Niece named Isabella and a soon to be Aunt to either a Boy or Girl, either way I am sure I am going to love it. I am definitely a family person. I have a best cousin named Divina, the reason for that is because out of all my cousins she is the one that I am the closest too. I have four cousins that attend Crafton Hills Community College with me it's pretty cool. My Best Friends don't attend the same College but we are still really close. My Best Friends names are Feather and Marissa, we have been friends since the sixth grade and made it passed High School. Since my senior year my heart has been taken by a handsome, amazing man named John Arroyo who has it ever since. John and I have been together for a year and six months. At the age of seventeen, John introduced me to his church and I have been attending ever since. I am a Christian and I am strong in my faith, without God i would be nothing. In the future I plan on becoming a Special Ed teacher and if not that then I want to do something in Teaching. As of right now I work at a Yogurt Shop and it's my first job and I love it.
